UT Health San Antonio affiliates can make a reservation using their domain username/password.
Reservations are for one time use only and allow for a maximum of four hours per day. 

For Students

Individual study rooms are available first come/first served basis 24/7/365.

The Collaboratory is available for student reservation on weeknights from 6:00pm - 7:00am and any time on weekends.

Virtual Interview Room is available for interviews and testing only. No group study allowed.

To request a room for exam testing, submit a Testing Room Reservation Request form.

To book a space for recurring meetings, submit a Conference Room Reservation Request form.
