Conference Rooms (3rd, 4th, and 5th floors) may be reserved by current UT Health faculty or staff on weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm.
Current students may reserve the Collaboratory (4th floor conference room) weeknights 6 pm – 7 am, and any time on weekends.
The Bowden Conference Room and the Howe Conference Room may only be reserved for department sponsored meetings. Department members must be in attendance during meeting.
To request a room for a recurring meeting, submit a Conference Room Reservation Request form.
